Everything You Need to Know Before Your Stay
Booking Policy
To provide the best experience for every guest, please note the following:

Maximum occupancy must not exceed the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking.

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

Check-in instructions and your unique access code will be provided before arrival.

Due to the property's remote location, guests are encouraged to download maps and the Guest Guide before traveling, as cell service is extremely limited near the cabin.

Guests are responsible for bringing groceries, personal supplies, medications, and any specialty items needed during their stay.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change.
Cancellation terms are determined by the policy selected at the time of booking through OUTA Stays or the booking platform used for your reservation.
We encourage guests to review their confirmation email for the specific cancellation window and refund eligibility. If you have any questions before your arrival, please contact us—we're always happy to help.

To protect both our guests and the surrounding wilderness, we ask everyone to follow a few important guidelines.
Respect the Wilderness
OUTA Last Mile borders active National Forest land. Wildlife encounters are part of the Montana experience.

Never feed or approach wildlife.

Store food and trash securely.

Keep children supervised outdoors.

Consider carrying bear spray if hiking beyond the property.
Fire Safety
Fire safety is taken extremely seriously.

Only the provided propane fire pit may be used.

Wood fires, campfires, charcoal grills, and burn barrels are strictly prohibited.

Never leave the propane fire pit unattended.
-
Always turn off the gas completely after use.
Quiet Hours
To respect our neighbors and the natural surroundings, quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
Departure Expectations
Before checking out, guests are kindly asked to:

Wash and put away all dishes.

Close all windows.

Turn down the thermostat.

Turn off the fire pit.
-
Return the grill to its original position and unplug it.
-
Dispose of trash in the designated bear-resistant container.
Leave the beds as they are—we'll take care of the rest.
